Gursikhs do NOT want manmat actors like Waris Ahluwalia and other patit (fake) Sikhs as representatives of the Sikh religion either in public ads or leading our Sikh Gurdwaras. Join the protest against the GAP ad! https://www.facebook.com/events/200589616794899/

Just view Waris Ahluwalia's Google images and those of other patit Sikh's who own liquor stores & smoke shops, they also support the Gap ad & do Not following the Sikh Reht or Sikh code of conduct. Shamefully, many of these fake Sikhs control many of our Gurdwars in the United States, this needs to change! Read the comments & view videos by patit Sikhs who support this Gap ad and you'll quickly see how the vast majority use foul language, abuse Gursikhs and shamefully state as in this video link below that they wished they were in the Gap ad with Gap's sexy white model. http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2013/12/04/sikh-group-planning-protest-of-gap-ad-at-davis-store/

EVERY Sikh is representative of the Guru and the Khalsa Panth, especially one who is in the public eye. If they behave in a way that breaches SRM (Sikh Rehit Maryada) the whole Khalsa suffers.
"Jab lag Khalsa rahe niara. tab lag tej dio mai sara.
jab eh gahe bipran ki reet. mai na karo in ki parteet".
"So long as Khalsa retains his distinct identity, I will give him my entire radiance and strength. But if he should take on a non-Sikh way of life, then I shall have no confidence in him and withdraw my support and protection". Guru Gobind Singh Ji
